I’d like to be the first to welcome you back or maybe welcome you for the first time to the Olivia Golf Club for what I hope will be another spectacular year.

I encourage you to get out to the course and play as often as your can, whether it’s golf or cards.  I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone by not only playing golf with your close friends this summer but also with fellow members or new members you may not know as well.  Get to know those who share in the ownership & enjoyment of your golf course. 

I’d also like to invite you to play golf with the future leaders of our golf course and our community…our children and grandchildren.  Let them see at an early age the importance of self-discipline and golf etiquette vital to this great game, while at the same time enjoying the thrill of watching the golf ball fly off the tee box or drop into the hole.

Remember your good shots and brag when it’s warranted, forget the bad ones if you can and if your playing partners allow for it and enjoy yourselves playing the ‘marvelously-maddening-one-of-kind-game-of-golf’ this year!
